Our Unique songs are personally crafted. With rush charges a personalized song can be delivered in as little as 24 hours by select artists. While our standard delivery time is 7 days, you can choose a specific delivery date during checkout, and we’ll ensure your song is delivered within your selected time frame of 1–7 days.

Each unique personalized song is custom made to-order for the recipient, and really cannot be reused by another customer. So unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. If you paid for the song in full and would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order, minus a 20% service and processing fee. Music is highly subjective, and sometimes there is something that the customer just doesn't enjoy. We handle this on a case-by-case basis. Here are things that we promise to deliver: Good-quality recording (no glitches/cut-ins cut-outs/accidental distortion/song too quiet) Song meets the ordered length Vocals are on key Lyrics contain all of your most-important things, and some of your story details, accurate as to how they were written in your order. If we do not deliver the above, and you let us know within 1 week of the song's delivery, we will fix the issue at no charge!

Our standard rights/licensing agreement is for Personal Use only: listening in a private setting with friends & family, sharing on private social media channels, or listening at un-branded events like weddings. GREAT NEWS! We actually have a Commercial License add-on available; we've made numerous jingles/songs for businesses, corporate events, influencers' blogs, non-profits, etc! The Commercial License will give you complete license to use the song as you wish. Legally, this is required if: You are purchasing the song on behalf of a brand or business. You intend to use the song to promote a brand or business. You intend to play or perform the song at an event for a brand or business. You intend to play or perform the song at a public event. You intend to publish the song on a social media account for a brand or business. *Brands and businesses include Personal Brands (i.e. influencers, YouTubers) and non-profits.

We understand how meaningful every custom song is, Lyric Assist ToolEach custom song comes with up to eight (8) lines of lyric changes, along with unlimited mispronunciation changes to ensure your song is perfect. If you need additional line revisions or more complex changes, we have services available at an additional cost. Our Customer Experience Team would happily work with you on your request, provide pricing (if applicable), and help coordinate your revisions with your artist.

Absolutely! You may enter your unique words to the song on the "Create My Song" when you are on our order form page, and the artist will thread them in your custom song. If you include lots of lyrics, they may not make it into the song (but we'll try our best). We ask that you indicate whether you want your lyrics used just exactly as you have written them, alternatively please be sure to specify if you would like the artist to make modifications as they see fit. Keep in mind that copyright/licensing reasons, any lyrics you submit to us MUST be written and owned by you, the person placing the order. See our Terms of Use.

If you’ve attempted artificial Intelligence song, you already know—the results are songs which are template sounding, the lyrics force meaningless rhymes, and the emotional depth just isn’t there. AI simply can’t capture the heart and soul of your story. With Custom Personalized Songs, an actual living human who knows the emotional value of custom songs, tailors personal creative input each step of the way. From writing the song, to the sound of the music, to manually mixing and mastering the final song, a human songwriter/producer is in charge. Although we use the most modern technology as a tool to enhance production quality, no song is ever just raw AI output. Because of copyright laws, each song we create must have an original melody and original lyrics. Sorry, we simply cannot do cover songs or song parodies). Now, we may be able to make a song with a similar style or feel to the one you have in mind, if we have an artist available who excels in that particular style.

Our unique personalized songs start at $199.99 USD. Each custom song includes up to eight (8) lines of lyric changes, in addition to unlimited mispronunciation changes, to make certain your song is perfect. If you want your song quickly, we offer an expedited service for an additional fee.

We can definitely make lyric changes to your song - but you need to let us know before the timer on your song delivery page runs out.* When you receive your song snippet, you'll also be able to view the lyrics in their entirety. Just click "Request Lyric Changes" within 72 hours of when the song is delivered, and you'll be able to do so. If you require revision changes based on our mistake that we did not catch in our Quality Control, please reach out to us (using our chat feature, or email gloriousanswers@songlorious.com) and we will fix it at no charge. This includes: A song that doesn't meet the length minimum A bad quality recording (glitches/cut-ins or cut-outs/accidental distortion/song too quiet) Vocals that are not on-key Lyrics that don't contain your four must-haves, or story details that are not accurate to what was written in your order. *Why the rush? Raw, editable song files are very large, so our producers cannot keep them available on their computers for long periods of time.

I just placed my order. Can I make changes? Because of our quick turnaround time, artists often begin working on orders immediately after they are placed. Once you submit your order, we cannot guarantee any changes to your order will be included. If you send our chat (or email flowski@gmail.com) any changes you would like to make, we will attempt to include the new information--but again, this is not guaranteed, and we cannot offer a free refund or revision due to the change not being included.
