Our unique personalized songs start at $199.99 USD. Each custom song includes up to eight (8) lines of lyric changes, in addition to unlimited mispronunciation changes, to make certain your song is perfect. If you want your song quickly, we offer an expedited service for an additional fee.

Our Unique songs are personally crafted. With rush charges a personalized song can be delivered in as little as 24 hours by select artists. While our standard delivery time is 7 days, you can choose a specific delivery date during checkout, and we’ll ensure your song is delivered within your selected time frame of 1–7 days.

Absolutely! You may enter your unique words to the song on the "Create My Song" when you are on our order form page, and the artist will thread them in your custom song.

• If you include lots of lyrics, they may not make it into the song (but we'll try our best).

• We ask that you indicate whether you want your lyrics used just exactly as you have written them, alternatively please be sure to specify if you would like the artist to make modifications as they see fit.

• Keep in mind that copyright/licensing reasons, any lyrics you submit to us MUST be written and owned by you, the person placing the order. See our Terms of Use.

Each unique personalized song is custom made to-order for the recipient, and really cannot be reused by another customer. So unfortunately we cannot offer refunds. If you paid for the song in full and would like to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours of placing the order, minus a 20% service and processing fee. Music is highly subjective, and sometimes there is something that the customer just doesn't enjoy. We handle this on a case-by-case basis. Here are things that we promise to deliver:

• Good-quality recording (no glitches/cut-ins cut-outs/accidental distortion/song too quiet)

• Song meets the ordered length

• Vocals are on key

• Lyrics contain all of your most-important things, and some of your story details, accurate as to how they were written in your order.

If we do not deliver the above, and you let us know within 1 week of the song's delivery, we will fix the issue at no charge!

Because of copyright laws, each song we create must have an original melody and original lyrics. Sorry, we simply cannot do cover songs or song parodies). Now, we may be able to make a song with a similar style or feel to the one you have in mind, if we have an artist available who excels in that particular style.

If you need additional line revisions or more complex changes, we have services available at an additional cost. Our Customer Experience Team would happily work with you on your request, provide pricing (if applicable), and help coordinate your revisions with your artist.

Our standard rights/licensing agreement is for Personal Use only: listening in a private setting with friends & family, sharing on private social media channels, or listening at un-branded events like weddings.

GREAT NEWS! We actually have a Commercial License add-on available; we've made numerous jingles/songs for businesses, corporate events, influencers' blogs, non-profits, etc!

The Commercial License will give you complete license to use the song as you wish.

Legally, this is required if:

• You are purchasing the song on behalf of a brand or business.

• You intend to use the song to promote a brand or business.

• You intend to play or perform the song at an event for a brand or business.

• You intend to play or perform the song at a public event.

• You intend to publish the song on a social media account for a brand or business.
